Untamed Luxe offers $9.99 flat-rate shipping per order.
If your order contains both on-hand and pre-order items, you will still only be charged ONE $9.99 shipping fee. You will not be charged separate shipping fees simply because your order contains different item types.
Please double-check your name and shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact Untamed Luxe as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
π ON-HAND ITEMS
Items that are currently in stock/on hand are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Once your package ships, tracking information will be provided. Carrier delivery time begins after your package has been shipped.
ποΈ PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked PRE-ORDER have an estimated total delivery timeframe of 2β3 weeks from the date of purchase.
The 2β3 week timeframe includes both processing AND shipping. You do not need to add an additional shipping timeframe on top of the 2β3 weeks.
Please keep this timeframe in mind before purchasing. If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
π π½ CUSTOM PRESS-ON NAILS
Untamed Luxe press-on nail sets are handmade to order according to the selections provided with your order.
Please include your desired COLOR + SHAPE in the Order Notes at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before submitting their order. If you forget to include your color or shape, please contact Untamed Luxe as soon as possible with your order number, desired color, and desired shape.
For the best fit, Custom Sizing Kits are available for $7. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information when custom measurements are used.
Because custom press-on nails are made specifically for each order, customized nail sets are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
π CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES
Clothing and accessory return eligibility is determined by the condition of the merchandise and the applicable product terms.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for an eligible return or exchange.
β CANCELLATIONS
Custom and pre-order items may begin processing shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
πΈ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Untamed Luxe as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays and delivery circumstances may be outside of Untamed Luxe's control.
